2024 RISE Under 13 & 14 Programs

NRL NT is happy to announce that off the back of a very successful RISE Program in 2023, Thanks to Westpac we will again be running RISE for aspirational 13’s & 14’s years Boys and Girls players turning 13 or 14 in 2024.
RISE is your opportunity for growth and education in Rugby League, as well as a pathway on to bigger stages in Rugby League. Coming through this system will provide you with the tools to support strong Mental Health, resilience, and physical maintenance for a better performance.

Why: provides aspirational Junior Male and Female Rugby League players and coaches with an avenue to obtain specialised training and education through a holistic Rugby League development experience. This Program will also be the underpinning pathway to Representative team selections or additional Pathway Programs.
Player Registration: Please use the below link to register and pay the $165 fee. Please note that registration fees will come of travel fees and competition expenses during the RISE Cup at the end of the year.

Each coach will receive full training apparel and opportunities to progress into coaching representative teams.

- RISE Training shorts & Shirt
- Coaching in fundamental skills Development
- On field Physical Competency and muscle development
- Sports Psychology Assessment and training Sessions
- A trip to Katherine to compete in the Territory RISE Competition

- Sunday, 21st April 2024 – Intro’s and LifeFit
- Sunday, 14 April 2024
- Sunday, 26 May 2024
- Sunday, 11 August 2024
- Sunday, 8 September 2024
- Saturday, 5 October 2024 - RISE CUP Competition
Venues: Territory Rugby League Stadium
Competition Opportunities:
- RISE Cup (Katherine) & Tassel Cup (TBC)
These competitions will be pending on programs starting in Alice Springs and Katherine.
