As part of the NRL NT commitment in provide greater inclusion for female participation locally lies in taking small but strategic steps toward integrating girls-only mini and mod non-competitive age groups into our NT junior league structure from 2026.
We're thrilled to be launching a new initiative for girls aged 8–11 to participate in a fun and safe environment, where they can develop new skills and play games in all-girls teams.
Program Details:
- When: Friday evenings, 5:00 PM – 6:00 PM
- Where: TRL Stadium
- Dates: May 30 to June 20
- Registration: Free
- Format: Social player format – no clearances or permits required if already registered with a club. Players can participate in these Friday night games as well as their regular club matches.
We are also actively seeking coaches and sports trainers to help support the teams.
