NRL NT Launches Official Apparel Partnership Tender
Tender Process Now Open
NRL Northern Territory (NRL NT) is pleased to announce the opening of its Official Apparel Partnership Tender process, commencing December 1, 2025, following the conclusion of our current agreement with ISC Sport.
This tender represents a unique opportunity for a leading apparel provider to become the exclusive supplier of on-field and off-field apparel for NRL NT programs, referees, volunteers, and staff for the 2025–2028 seasons.
Why This Matters
The next apparel partner will play a critical role in:
- Enhancing the quality and consistency of apparel across our representative and pathway programs.
- Building brand recognition and community engagement through visible, professional apparel.
- Providing sponsorship and in-kind support to reinvest directly into grassroots rugby league.
- Delivering efficient, transparent ordering and delivery systems for our clubs and participants.
Scope of the Partnership
The appointed partner will supply apparel across:
- NT Titans representative teams and academy programs
- NRL NT referees and volunteer workforce
- Staff and officials
- Merchandise for clubs and the wider community
What We’re Looking For
Tender submissions should demonstrate:
- High-quality and reliable apparel supply capability
- A strong commercial offer, including cash and in-kind contributions
- Marketing and community engagement commitments
- Efficient service models with clear ordering and delivery processes
Tender Timelines
- Tender Opens: September 23, 2025
- Tender Closes: November 3, 2025
- Evaluation & Shortlisting: November 7, 2025
- Review & Negotiation: November 28, 2025
- Partner Announced: December 1, 2025
- Partnership Commences: December 1, 2025
