Sharks Incredible Jerseys designed to mark Indigenous Round
Too deadly, Sharks! The 2025 Indigenous Round kit’s packed with mob pride and local story.

This Saturday, the Northern Sharks will take the field at Warren Park on Larrakia Land against the South Darwin Rabbitohs wearing something truly special the incredible jerseys designed to mark Indigenous Round. These aren’t just kits; they are living artworks that tell the story of who we are as a club, as a community, and as a family.
A massive shoutout goes to Jasmin Mick, whose creativity and cultural insight have once again produced a design that is both visually stunning and deeply meaningful. Jasmin’s work captures the heartbeat of the Sharks and the people who make the club strong.
The Story Behind the Artwork
At the heart of the Northern Sharks is the committee, led by the club president the decision-makers and caretakers who guide the club forward. Surrounding them is a devoted circle of volunteers, the tireless hands and hearts that make every training session, game day, and community event possible.
Beyond them stand the players, forming a powerful outer ring, representing the strength, skill, and dedication that shine every time the Sharks step onto the field. And then there are the little hands — the juniors — the next generation who carry the club’s dreams into the future. They remind everyone why the game is played, why people give back, and why the passion for rugby league will never fade.
Every brushstroke in this design honours these groups the leaders, the helpers, the players, and the future stars. Together, they form one unbreakable circle: Our Club, Our Family.

A Word from the NRL NT General Manager
“As a proud Indigenous man of the Wakka Wakka People from the Central Highlands of Queensland, this round holds a deeply personal meaning for me. Indigenous Round is not just about wearing a jersey it’s about sharing stories, showing respect, and celebrating the strength of our communities. Seeing the Northern Sharks run out in a design that captures the spirit of their club and honours their people fills me with pride.”
— Tony Crowe, NRL NT General Manager
More Than a Jersey
For the Sharks, wearing this jersey is about more than marking a round on the calendar. It’s about respect for culture, gratitude for those who’ve built the club, and belief in the generations still to come. It’s about acknowledging that they are stronger together on the field, off the field, and within their community.
So when the Sharks and Rabbitohs clash this Saturday at Warren Park, every tackle, pass, and try will carry the story, strength, and spirit of a proud football family.
