Alice Springs RISE Camp 2024
Over 3 days we will focus heavily on skill development
Following on from our RISE Rugby League Program held earlier in the year, NRL NT will again be visiting Alice Springs to run a camp for 12 to 17 year old Boys and Girls from the 20th to the 22nd of September.
Over 3 days we will focus heavily on skill development through on-field activities and games, strength development training and education in the YMCA Gym, as well as having plenty of fun.

FRIDAY 20th SEPTEMBER (field location to be confirmed)
4:30pm - Players Arrive
5:00pm - Session 1 - Attack Skills/Games - Catch/Pass/Draw and Pass
6:30pm – Finish
SATURDAY 21st SEPTEMBER (Alice Springs YMCA)
8:30am - Player Arrive
9:00am - Contact, wrestle, body activity
10:00am - body balance Class
11:30am - Lunch - Subway
12:15pm - Weights/Gym session
- Senior Group Free Weights Education/Training
- Junior Group Body Weight activity
1:30pm - Rock Climbing Activity
3:00pm - Day Finish
SUNDAY 22nd SEPTEMBER
8:30am - Players Arrive
9:00am - Session 2 – Attack/Defence Skills/Games - Catch/Pass/Draw and Pass/Tackle
10:30am - Day Finish

In order to enhance this experience there will be a $25 fee, which In return you will receive:
• Access to the YMCA Gym,
• Rock Climbing & fitness class
