The Volunteers Making a Difference in the Community

Volunteer Recognition Pin Initiative

Pictured above are the some of the 20 year pin recipients who attended the recent Frank Johnson Gaynor Maggs Medal night.

We recognise there is a vibrant culture of volunteering and our clubs are stronger due to the inclusiveness that volunteering promotes across the broader community. This new initiative will promote and strengthen our present volunteer network and processes. Our current system of promoting, recruiting and support will be enhanced and therefore compliment our continued celebrations of all valued volunteers.

The above left is the design and above right is the presentation card of how all pins will be be presented. We are currently analysing MySideline data and working closely with clubs in relation to identifying longer term service by individuals before finalising all 2024 recipients.
