Touch football is a fantastic way for players of all ages and skill levels to stay active, build fitness, improve agility and ball-handling skills, and continue developing core rugby league fundamentals in the off-season. It provides an inclusive and social environment while helping players maintain conditioning, teamwork, communication, and game awareness that directly benefits their rugby league development. Whether you are looking to sharpen your skills, stay fit, meet new people, or simply have fun, everyone is welcome to join. Palmerston Inferno Touch Football Competition ๐ Palmerston Raiders Fields ๐ Games commence from 6:00pm โฑ๏ธ 15-minute halves ๐
