RISE Rookie Program Female Player Opportunity

Tony Crowe • October 9, 2024

If you are passionate about your development and are looking for an opportunity

NRL Northern Territory is currently recruiting for players to try out for our senior female Representative and Development pathways programs, and become part of a committed team of dedicated professionals who support the on-going growth of our Female game in the NT.

We are seeking expressions of interest from female rugby league players between 16 and 32 years old, who are registered to the NRLNT and can commit to attending either 9 face to face Gym and Skills sessions (Darwin only), or follow a prescribed online training program in Gym and fitness (remote player focused).

If you are passionate about your development and are looking for an opportunity to be identified or recruited into higher levels of competition, then this your best pathway out of the NT. This will also be your opportunity to join one of the country’s best grassroots state/Territory teams, competing in the Senior Womens Nationals Championships in 2025.

Supported by Australian Government , the RISE Program provides aspirational Junior Rugby League players and coaches with an avenue to obtain specialised training and education through a holistic Rugby League development experience

Applications will close on the 30th of December. To register please use the below link:
